Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bazaar commerce platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. You must provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the signup process.

3. Merchant Obligations

You are responsible for all activity and content such as data, graphics, photos and links that is uploaded under your Bazaar account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Payment of Fees

You will pay the Fees applicable to your subscription to Online Service ("Subscription Fees") and any other applicable fees, including but not limited to applicable fees relating to the value of sales made through your store when using all payment providers other than Bazaar Payments ("Transaction Fees").

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at anytime by emailing support@bazaar.test. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
